A very sunny South Coast Charity Challenge took place on Sunday, fundraising for Jersey Mencap. Over 500 participants took on the 15-mile walking challenge which has so far raised Β£26,000 for the charityβs projects supporting people with a Learning Disability.
Jersey Mencap offers a range of projects throughout the week including art, social, outdoor and fitness sessions. As part of the challenge 50 Jersey Mencap members and friends walked a shorter, accessible route from Les Jardins de la Mer.
