Service offered
The Jersey Employment Trust is a cross-departmental initiative intended to develop vocational services for people with disabilities and special needs. The aim of the Trust is to offer training, skill development and support to promote the transition of individuals into open employment.
Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 4.30pm
Where are we?
The Jersey Employment Trust operates from four areas.
- Oakfield Industries is the bicycle retail area and workshop, meeting rooms and the administration offices for the Jersey Employment Trust.
- The Jersey Employment Trust Training Room is at Oakfield and is the administrative and computer skills employment training area.
- Acorn Enterprises is a nursery and contract gardening service and is the horticultural employment training area.
- Island Wood houses the French Polishing and furniture repair employment training area.
